This is a wonderful tool when used correctly and on the right coat type. I have used it on my Danes for years and love it for de-shedding twice yearly, and it works really well for assisting Ash in occasional removal of loose coat, BUT, using it improperly can cause trauma to skin and coat both so if you feel like this is a purchase you want to make, really do the homework to make sure something else isn't better suited for the grooming purpose you need, and if this IS suitable, make sure you fully understand it's use. #cattok #catsoftiktok #tiktokcats #catsupplies

Ash would love to share one of her favorite parts of her week with you guys. She gives 2 squeaks and lots of purrs as her review 😂 I've used the sleekEZ on my danes for several years and most recently on our short coated kitties(it's just smaller and works for dogs too). It's similar to other blade type combs in that it's great for some coats, and not for others. Although it's promoted for a wide variety of coats, my personal experience has been that it really is best for slick coats like that of the dane, dobie, bully breeds etc, and similarly on short coated kitties we opposed to longer coats. Because of how it's made, its use should be limited to occasional(we use it once or twice weekly) and focus shouldn't be kept on one area for more than a few passes to avoid damage to the coat or skin. #catsoftiktok #tabbycat #catgrooming #girlcat
