I never knew life could be so hard. I’m 48, I’ve been a #believer since Kindergarten. I’ve learned that the #Bible and #God are the only things that help any situation. This is a Daily Bible by Charles Stanley that made it easy for me to get through in a year. Actually, it’s the only method that worked for me. It’s in the NASB version. Start with the day you get it. You’ll be done this time next year. 🙌

Don’t trust what you’re taught alone, verify for yourself. Get through the #Bible so you can know what is says AND so you won’t be lead astray. I could never get through a normal Bible because I would get stuck in the Old Testament, which is at the beginning of the Bible. I changed my approach, read this Bible instead and finally read through the Bible in 1 year. Start when you get it, you’ll be done this time next year.

I failed year after year to read the Bible in full because I couldn’t get out of the Old Testament because it was boring to me. It’s only because of this #Bible that I finally got through and read the whole thing! For how my mind is wired, I can’t just sit down and read through the Bible starting in the Old Testament, I thought it became boring and then I’d lose interest. This #Bible by Charles Stanley was how I finally read through the Bible, it’s out of order on purpose. Every day you read from the Old Testament, Psalm, Proverbs and the New Testament. This version (NASB) has sold out twice! The publisher had to reprint and that took a few months.

It is important to read through the #Bible but do you have to start in Genesis? I never could so this #dailydevotional Bible by Charles Stanley was an incredible help for me and allowed me to finally read through the Bible. It felt like crossing a finish line 🏁 that I never could for 20 years. Everyday you read a little of the Old Testament, Psalm, Proverbs and the New Testament. I could never read through the #Bible in 1 year by opening it and reading it in order because I always got bored in the #oldtestament but this Bible by Charles Stanley is setup differently so that you can successfully make it through in 1 year. Find the date, then read through your daily reading of: -Old Testament -Psalm -Proverbs -New Testament It takes me about 15 minutes a day. This is how I finally got through the Bible in 1 year.

If it’s more important to you to finish by Dec. 31st, then you can play catch up. I tried for 20 years to read through the #Bible because I would start off in Genesis and NEVER made it out of the Old Testament because the OT can become difficult to read, hard to understand, impossible to pronounce and then I’d get uninspired, uninterested and bored.
