I brought 9 gels, let’s see how many I end up taking during the New York City Marathon! 😳 It’s been so fun testing new gels for this race!! I found a few that I love to mix in, but have to say, Maurten (for me) is tried and true for a reason!! During the Chicago Marathon I experimented with less caffeine, and during the New York City Marathon I did the same! Found that taking less while running at a more chill pace is better for my stomach and mind!! The only caffeine I took was in @SaltStick caps! About 70mg total in the race!!
