I thought the cable was false advertisement but it was user error LOL I didn’t realize you have to have the proper height set- also I am unfortunately too tall for my pull-up bar & bought a standing assisted pull-up band 🤦‍♀️ I definitely have to do some tweaking to make this work for me but I did some pull-ups & that’s what matters lol I need to lower the resistance more but that’s about it 🤷‍♀️ I’m going to try to do 3 sets of 10 assisted pull-ups a day #pullups #workout #homegym #gym #girlswholift

Anyone can now do pull ups! No matter how heavy you are. The new 5 band is amazing. My mom can’t do any pull ups but when she steps into the band she can now do 8-12 clean pull ups.
