For anyone thinking about starting, here are some things I’ve learned / recommend: • Apply 2x daily (morning & night) — consistency is everything. Minoxidil can dry you out and cause flaking, so use a good moisturizer before/after to keep your skin healthy. • Dermarolling (optional) — can help speed things up by increasing blood flow and absorption, but not required. If you do it, stick to 1–2x per week and don’t apply minoxidil right after. • Be patient — results don’t happen overnight. Most people start seeing real changes around 8–12 weeks, and full potential can take months. I personally saw worthy results at month 5-6 • Stay consistent even when it looks like nothing is happening — early stages can feel slow, but that’s normal.
