💜Galaxy Chia Refresher 💫 2 Iris Nutrition Pineapple Dragonfruit drink mix packets 3 tablespoons chia seeds 7 cups water 2 cups coconut water 1 teaspoons blue spirulina powder 1 cups fresh or frozen dragonfruit, cubed 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 tablespoons honey or agave 2 cups regular ice cubes STEPS 1. Bloom the chia seeds: Add 3 tablespoons chia seeds to 7 cups cold water in your pitcher. Stir well and let sit for 30 minutes  2. Build the pitcher: Add 2 Iris Nutrition Pineapple Dragonfruit drink mix packets with 2 cups coconut water, stir until dissolved. Add the spirulina, 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, and 1 tablespoons honey or agave, and the bloomed chia seeds. Stir everything together. 3.
