We tracked real GMV, growth and creator activity across TikTok Shop USA's Health category to see what's actually converting, not just what's getting views.
PUBLISHED 4 OCTOBER 2026 · DATA SNAPSHOT: 30 DAYS TO 1 OCTOBER 2026
The Health top 10, ranked by 30-day revenue.
Health is one of TikTok Shop's steadiest categories, built on supplements people reorder every month. But September was a cooler month. We analyzed product-level data using RapidTok to rank the 10 health products with the highest revenue in the US over the 30 days from 2 September to 1 October 2026.
Together, these 10 products made $9.6M in 30 days, about 10% less than the same products made the month before. Seven of the ten are down. Alongside revenue, we looked at how each product is trending, how much of its shop it accounts for, and which creators are driving it. For last month's edition, see the August health top 10, and for the biggest products across every category, see the September TikTok Shop top 10.
Momentum tells you whether a product is speeding up or slowing down right now. We compare its average daily revenue over the last 7 days with its average daily revenue over the full 30 days: +9% means the final week sold 9% more per day than the 30-day average, and −22% means it sold 22% less. Share of shop revenue is how much of the shop's total 30-day revenue came from that one product. Full details are in the methodology.
Here are the 10 best-selling health products on TikTok Shop USA in September, sorted by 30-day GMV. The full breakdown below covers growth, momentum, shop share and the creators behind each one.
The #1 health product for the second month running, with roughly twice the revenue of #2. But revenue is down 16% month on month, even as the rest of the Toplux range grew about 14%. Its biggest days, including a spike of over $200K around 5 September, line up with spikes on Toplux Keto Burn at #9, which suggests a shop-wide push rather than a single viral video. It's also the #4 product across all of TikTok Shop, where we cover it in more detail.

A grass-fed collagen peptides powder with 18 essential amino acids, at around $30. It has the steadiest chart in the top 10, holding between about $35K and $45K a day all month, with only a small bump on 12 September. It's a long-standing seller too, with 822K units sold all-time and over 88,000 reviews.
Revenue is still down 16% month on month, though. NeoCell leans heavily on this one product, at 60% of the shop's revenue, and the shop fell 17%, almost exactly in step with it. Its creators are mid-sized, led by @alessandraville (602K views), @gemafitz (466K) and @ntatepl (343K).
The second magnesium product in the top three, this time a 20-in-1 formula marketed to women, with vitamin D3, K2 and ashwagandha. Revenue is down 13% month on month, but the chart is pointing up: after a dip in mid-September it climbed steadily through the second half of the month, finishing near its highest level. It's one of only two products on the list selling above its 30-day pace (+7% over the last 7 days).
It also comes from the biggest shop here. Micro Ingredients made $5.6M in 30 days, and this product is only 17% of that, so the brand isn't relying on it. Its top creator, @elainevdvwidrick, drove 1.9M views, the second-highest of any creator in this top 10.
Digestive enzymes for bloating and mealtime discomfort, at around $16, the cheapest product in the top 10. That low price means it moves the second-highest volume on the list, about 50,000 units in 30 days. It also has the most videos behind it (400, from 81 creators).
The chart shows a spike to around $55K on 12 September, then a flat line at roughly $25K a day for the rest of the month. Revenue is down a modest 6%, and its 4.2 rating is the joint-lowest here. Its creator support is unusually even: @laylahmarline (1.3M views), @bellabiancac (1.2M) and @homewithhaley_ (1.1M) each drew over a million views.
The only product in the top 10 that isn't a supplement: an at-home test covering 1,000+ food sensitivities, nutrient imbalances and heavy metals. At around $80, it's the most expensive product on the list, and it has by far the fewest reviews (about 1,900).
It's also the biggest faller, down 42% month on month. The chart shows a peak of around $60K a day on 19 September, followed by a slide to roughly $15K by the end of the month. Its last 3 days ran 47% below its 30-day daily average.
That matters because it's 90% of its shop's revenue, and the shop fell 41%, almost exactly in line with the product. It's a clear example of the risk of a one-product shop. Among its top creators are @katiemwiekamp (262K views) and @b.e.w.97 (212K).
The fastest grower in the top 10: revenue nearly doubled (+95%) month on month. It's an all-in-one wellness drink for women, combining 5g of creatine with 5g of collagen, myo-inositol, BCAAs, maca and hyaluronic acid in a peach flavor.
Remarkably, it did this with the smallest creator base on the list: just 16 creators and 33 videos. One of them is doing much of the work. @bert.ann.dai drove 3.2M views, the most of any creator in this top 10 and more than five times the next, @ofertas_tiktok_oficial (570K). The shop grew with it, up 87%, and the product is 60% of its revenue.
A two-product hair care bundle, pairing a liquid hair formula with a liposomal hair growth supplement. At around $79, it's one of the priciest products on the list, so it ranks on value rather than volume, with the fewest units in the top 10 (about 9,900).
Revenue is down 8%, and MaryRuth's as a whole is down 5%. Its chart swings between about $20K and $35K a day without a clear trend. The bundle is just under a quarter of the shop's revenue. It has strong creator reach for a premium product, led by @court.thefitmama (1.3M views) and @thegregglifeofkelly (950K).
A liposomal glutathione sold in single-serve packets, positioned as an antioxidant for skin brightening, gut and liver health. It's the highest-rated product in the top 10 at 4.8, and one of only three that grew this month (+21%), along with its shop (+22%).
The chart shows why the recent trend is softer. Revenue climbed from around $18K a day in early September to a peak of about $45K around 24 September, then fell back to around $15K before picking up again on 1 October. Its last 7 days ran 17% below its 30-day daily average. Its top creators are @anitamironbeauty (972K views), @firefitnesscontent (790K) and Kaylie Stephens (735K).
Toplux's second product in the top 10, which makes it the only brand with two entries. Together with the magnesium complex at #1, the two products account for almost two-thirds of Toplux Nutrition's revenue.
Its chart is spiky, and the spikes, around 5, 22 and 26 September, fall on the same days as the magnesium complex's, a sign of shop-wide promotion. Keto Burn is down 16% month on month, the same as its sister product, and its 4.2 rating is the joint-lowest on the list. Its creator reach is modest, led by @cliplagoon (633K views), @flawkolito (344K) and @andresdoesitbetter (222K).
Melatonin-free sleep gummies in a strawberry flavor, at around $32. The chart has the strangest shape in the top 10: sales dropped to almost nothing for about five days, from roughly 7 to 11 September, then jumped to around $50K a day mid-month. That pattern usually points to a stock-out or a listing issue rather than a drop in demand. Even with those lost days, revenue grew 10% month on month.
It's the most extreme one-product shop on the list: 96% of Lulla's revenue. And it sells with very little creator reach. Its top creators, Sleep ASMR (57K views), @shopwithsmitty (37K) and @mjvillafradez (25K), drew a fraction of the views behind every other product here, even though it has sold over 500,000 units all-time. That suggests a lot of its sales come from repeat buyers and search rather than big affiliate videos.
Health products tend to sell steadily, but September shows how quickly that can change: one product here nearly doubled while another lost 42% of its revenue. A top 10 snapshot is only useful if you can keep it current. RapidTok tracks GMV, units sold, shop revenue and the creators driving sales for products across TikTok Shop, so you can spot these shifts as they happen, before you commit stock or ad spend.

We rank products in TikTok Shop USA's Health category by rolling 30-day GMV (gross merchandise value), using RapidTok's product-level data for the 30 days from 2 September to 1 October 2026. We then add month-on-month growth, recent momentum, shop-level revenue and each product's top creators.
The Toplux Magnesium Complex 8 supplement, with $2.3M in 30-day revenue. That's about twice as much as the #2 product, NeoCell's Collagen Peptides, even though Toplux's own revenue fell 16% this month.
Not in September. Seven of the top 10 health products are down month on month, and the top 10 combined made about $9.6M, roughly 10% less than the same products made in the previous 30 days. Only three grew: YESNAP's creatine for women, Cymbiotika's liposomal glutathione and LullaBites' sleep gummies.
Supplements dominate: nine of the top 10 are nutrition and wellness products, led by magnesium (two of the top three), collagen, gut health and digestive support. The odd one out is an at-home food sensitivity test.
Constantly. The food sensitivity test at #5 lost 42% of its revenue month on month, while YESNAP's creatine nearly doubled. Treat this as a snapshot of the 30 days to 1 October 2026, not a fixed leaderboard.
Rankings are based on rolling 30-day GMV for products in TikTok Shop USA's Health category, tracked using RapidTok for the 30 days from 2 September to 1 October 2026.
