Lymphatic drainage is about supporting your lymphatic system which is part of how your body moves fluids and supports circulation & these drops are another way to support that process as part of a routine. I personally take the drops in the morning. The bottle doesn’t come with a dropper..I already had one, but I don’t even use it anymore. I just pour the drops into water. I take mine after breakfast because I have a sensitive stomach, but the timing really just depends on what you prefer.
