Vanilla Bean Paste: 2 oz (60 grams) vanilla beans 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup alc0h0l (80 proof) 1/3 cup water 2 Tbsp corn syrup 1/4 tsp xanthan gum 1. Cut vanilla beans into thirds 2. Place all ingredients except xanthan gum into blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes. 3. After a few minutes, stop blender and put xanthan gum inside. Blend for another 30 seconds. 4. You’re done! Your vanilla bean paste is ready to use but will get better as time passes. 5. Store in a cool, dark place. For a Double Fold Vanilla Extract you'll need 👇🏻 • 8oz 35% Proof Alcohol off your choice (I used Vodka) • 1.7 oz Vanilla Beans • 8-10oz jar To your jar add 1.7oz vanilla beans that have been split open.
