I have tested many pull up assistance bands. Some hardly help and others take off lots of weight. This new band that I’ve been testing gives THE MOST HELP. The bands are thicker and rated for more weight. So even if you’re 300lbs it’s going to help you get some reps on the pull up. The molded foot stirrups make it easier and safer to get in and use.
