fiber needs the same marketing team as protein fr 😭 because why does everyone talk about protein… but not the thing that actually keeps your stomach flat 🤔 this is “dessert but make it high fiber” 💅🏾 you’re getting fiber from both the cooked apples and the chia seeds so it actually does something for you high fiber apple pie chia pudding 🍎✨ ingredients • 3–4 Honeycrisp apples • vanilla bean paste (to taste) • brown monk fruit sweetener (to taste) • cinnamon (to taste) • 1 1/2 cups milk (i used vanilla almond milk, vanilla oat milk works too) • 1/3 cup chia seeds • a little butter toppings • caramel • granola (i used a seed granola) instructions 1. cube all your apples 2. in a pan, sauté half of the apples with a little butter, vanilla bean paste, monk fruit sweetener, and cinnamon 3. let them cook down until soft, like a warm apple pie filling 4. in a blender, add the other half of the apples + milk + vanilla bean paste + cinnamon + monk fruit sweetener 5. blend until smooth 6. pour that mixture over the chia seeds and mix well 7. let it sit for at least 10–20 minutes until it thickens into pudding (add more chia seeds if you want it thicker) 8. assemble: chia pudding on the bottom, apples on top 9. add granola for crunch + drizzle caramel and that’s it… dessert energy but your fiber is handled 😌 #chiaseedpudding #chiapudding #easyrecipe #highfiber #tiktokshopcreatorpicks
