Grab a bag, and save this recipe to make tomorrow morning! 👇 🫐 🍋 @ShopFlavCity x WW Blueberry-Lemon Muffins Ingredients: 2 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats 1 cup blueberries 3 scoops FlavCity x WW Whipped Lemonade Protein Smoothie powder 2 tsp Baking powder ½ tsp Kosher salt ⅔ cup 2% milk ⅔ cup unsweetened applesauce 2 large eggs ½ tsp lemon zest Instructions: In a blender, blend half of the oats until a fine flour forms. Transfer 2 tbsp to a medium bowl. Add blueberries to the bowl and gently toss to coat. In a large bowl, whisk the protein powder, baking powder, salt, remaining blended oat flour, and remaining whole oats. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, applesauce, eggs, and zest. Add to the dry mixture and stir until well combined. Gently fold in the coated blueberries. Divide the batter evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the centers of muffins comes out clean, about 18 to 20 minutes. Cool muffins in a pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely.
