Thoroughly disgusted that I was never taught any of this… We eat healthy, we take care of our bodies, but the things we cook with make everything we thought we were doing good for us, actually bad for us. From spatulas, to cookware, to even harmful soaps and sprays. There are so many things we use daily that put toxins into our body and we are just learning about them now.
