4 Simple Spring Latte Syrups 🥕 Carrot Cake Syrup * ¾ cup carrot juice * ¼ cup water * ¾ cup brown sugar * ¼ cup white sugar * ½ tsp cinnamon * ½ tsp nutmeg * ½ tsp ginger * 1 tsp vanilla extract or bean paste Instructions 1. Combine everything except vanilla in a saucepan. 2. Simmer 6–8 minutes, stirring until sugar dissolves. 3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. 4. Cool and bottle. 🍓 Strawberry Cupcake Syrup * ½ cup strawberries (sliced) * ¾ cup water * ⅓ cup sugar * 1 tsp vanilla bean paste * 1 tsp butter extract or toasted milk powder Instructions 1. Add strawberries, sugar, and water to a saucepan. 2. Simmer 8–10 minutes, gently mash strawberries. 3. Strain. 4. Stir in vanilla and butter extract or toasted milk power after removing from heat. Let cool and then bottle. 🍋 Lemon Sugar Cookie Syrup * 1 cup sugar * 1 cup water * Zest of 1 lemon * 1 tsp vanilla extract or bean paste * 1 tsp butter extract or toasted milk powder Instructions 1. Combine sugar, water, and lemon zest. 2. Simmer 5–7 minutes. 3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and butter extract or toasted milk powder.  4.
