scary situation...very grateful the off-ramp was empty so i could slow down gradually. you ALWAYS want to slowly pull your emergency brake, and downshift (if you can) in these situations. this will NOT be as powerful as your hydraulic brakes, but will slow you down gradually. if you pull too hard, you'll lock the rear wheels and cause the vehicle to spin. you only have seconds to react. knowing what to do will increase the chance of saving your life. this is a real life example of what could happen to anyone at anytime. the outcome could have been way different, but i'm very grateful i had a clear road and no one was hurt. easy fix and she'll be back🙏🏼 #fyp#nightrunnerg6#brake#failure#dashcam
