It also has a Roman chair for back extensions, an ab sit-up station with leg holders, and a preacher curl pad, which lets me hit chest, arms, core, back, and glutes all on one setup. The frame is heavy-duty and supports up to 1,000 lbs, so it feels really stable—no shaking or shifting while I’m using it. The padding is comfortable, the adjustments are quick to switch between exercises, and it doesn’t take up much space, which I appreciate for a home gym.
